We offer a **lifetime refund guarantee** on all our digital courses.

To request a refund, you must:
- Complete the course in full (it takes beginners on average 3-6 months)
- Offer some kind of documentation that you did (video updates in the community, personal recordings, etc.)
- Email your refund request to **support@learnboogiewoogie.com**

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: there will be a small processing fee applied during the refunding process (usually between 12€-30€ from our payment processor "Stripe."

Under no circumstances will **Boogie Woogie Mastery** be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Site.
