Jonah didn’t grow up dreaming of teaching piano.
He grew up chasing a sound.
As a teenager, he was trained in the traditional classical system and began teaching piano at just 16 years old in a standard music school. But something felt off. The music that truly grabbed him - boogie woogie, blues, and rock ’n’ roll - wasn’t being taught at all. Not properly. Not authentically.
The rules, the methods, the rigid exercises… none of them explained the groove, the drive, the freedom of this music. And the more Jonah looked for real guidance, the clearer it became: it didn’t exist.
So he walked away from the classical path and went all in.
He learned on stage, in clubs, at concerts, and by tearing the music apart until it finally made sense. How the left hand locks in. Why certain riffs work. How to improvise without sounding random. How to play boogie woogie the way it’s meant to feel - raw, confident, alive.
What started as a way for Jonah to teach himself slowly became a method. A clear, practical system designed specifically for boogie woogie, blues, and rock ’n’ roll piano - not borrowed from jazz or classical theory, but built for this music alone.
